The single door to your company

Ask. Enter.
Done.

EnterDone puts your whole company in one conversation. You ask the way you would ask a colleague; your company agent does the work — on a computer of your own, in the systems you already use, with the memory of how your company runs — and hands it back done, with proof of what it did.

Ask Faro…

How it works

From request to done, without switching screens

Every request goes through the same three states — and you always see which one it is in.

  1. 01 ↵ Asked

    You ask

In the company chat, on desktop or phone. In your own words. No new dashboard, no commands to memorize.

  2. 02 In progress

    It understands your company

Who the client is, what the brand looks like, what was agreed yesterday: company memory comes in before the first word.

  3. 03 In progress

    It does the work

What has a connector goes through the connector. What only exists on a screen, it does on the computer — the way a person would.

  4. 04 In progress

    Whoever can, decides

Send, publish, pay, delete: every irreversible action stops and waits for approval from whoever holds the authority.

  5. 05 Done

    Done, with a receipt

The result comes back in the conversation, with the origin of every fact and a record of every step.

Computer

A computer for everyone in the company. The agent knows how to use it.

Not everything has an integration: the old management system, the bank portal, the city website. For those, everyone in your company gets a computer in your company’s own cloud, with a real browser. The agent signs in, reads, fills in and brings back the result — and you can watch it live.

Receipts

  1. Opened the system
  2. Signed in with the saved login
  3. Read 42 tasks
  4. Saved the screenshot
  • Live, inside the conversation

The computer shows up as a card: you see every click, with sound. Take over whenever you want and hand it back when you are done.

  • Sign in once, ever

You sign in once and the password goes to your company vault, encrypted. From then on the agent signs in on its own — and only on the site’s real address.

  • The password never touches the AI

Code types the password straight into the field. The model never sees it and the browser never stores it.

  • Reads every day, unasked

The system with no integration is read every morning and feeds your day, the schedule and the team’s alerts.

  • Management decides who uses it

In the Console: who gets a computer, what the agent may do on it, and a brake that stops everything at once.

Connectors

What your company already uses, connected in the open format

Calendar, email, documents, tasks, CRM: EnterDone installs connectors in the open plugin format the industry adopted, and each one arrives with its maker’s own icon and description. You add it in one click and decide, connector by connector:

Where it runsOn the maker’s service
  • Whose account it is

The company’s, one account for everyone — or each person’s: “connect my calendar”, and it connects, right there in the conversation.

  • What the agent may do

Read only, ask for approval before acting, or act freely. Management decides, not the model.

  • Where it runs

Inside your company’s server whenever possible; whatever runs outside is shown as outside.

  • No connector? Computer.

What has no connector, the agent does on screen, on the company computer.

Routines

It works before you ask

Agree on it once, in plain words, and the routine runs on time, skips holidays and lands in your conversation. When you open EnterDone in the morning, your day is already laid out: what came in, what is due and what is waiting for you.

Every morning, tell me which clients wrote and got no reply.

Done. Tomorrow at 7:30 the first one lands here.

You asked

  • Clients with no reply: Padaria Sol and Ótica Lima

Management asked

  • Review the brand manual — due today

Company alert

  • The Black Friday artwork has been stuck for three days
  • Your own words

“Every morning”, “every Monday at 9”, “when the client replies”: the routine keeps the request the way you said it.

  • For you, your team, your company

Everyone has their own; management sets the team’s; the company has its own — and your day shows who asked for what.

Memory

It remembers how your company works — and shows where it learned it

Clients, brands, agreements, deadlines: EnterDone learns from your company’s conversations and files. Every fact carries its origin — who said it, when, where — and every answer accepts the most important question: why?

What is Padaria Sol’s tone of voice?

Warm and witty, no slang. Avoid “unmissable” and all-caps text.

Why?

  1. Confirmed Brand manual, p. 4 sent by Júlia · Sep 2
  2. Confirmed #padaria-sol Rafael · Sep 18 — “the client asked to drop the slang”
  3. Inferred Witty posts got approved on the first round 6 of 7 since August · not confirmed yet Confirm
  • A source for everything

Every answer shows where it came from. What was inferred is shown as inferred until someone confirms it.

  • Memory by role

Whoever takes a role inherits what the role knows; whoever leaves stops seeing it.

  • Each client’s brand, alive

The brand manual becomes a living profile, and every piece is reviewed against it before it reaches the client.

The whole company

Built for the company, not for a seat

Roles, authority and approvals follow the way your company works. The team asks; whoever holds the authority approves; your end client approves the piece through a link, with nothing to install. And pricing is per company, not per person.

  • Roles and authority

Everyone sees and asks for what their role allows — and so does the agent, when it works for them.

  • Approval from whoever can

An irreversible action goes to whoever holds the authority, and only moves on with their yes.

  • Clients approve through a link

No login, no app: they comment, draw on the piece and pin the exact moment in the video.

Security

Walls, not promises

What protects your company is written in code — it does not depend on the model behaving.

Who it is for

For the Brazilian small business that wants AI working, not one more screen

EnterDone is built for companies of 5 to 50 people — the agency, the office, the shop. It runs in production at a marketing agency today, and each new company is set up with care: that is why entry is by invitation.

What the team asks

  • Who wrote and got no reply?
  • Plan Padaria Sol’s posts for the week.
  • Send the artwork to the client for approval.
  • Review this post against the client’s brand.
  • Read the system and tell me what’s late.
  • Every Monday at 9, send me the weekly summary.
  • Where is the launch video script?
  • Connect my calendar.

Straight answers

What you would ask

What is EnterDone?

EnterDone is the single door to your company: an agent with your company’s name that talks with your team in the company chat, takes requests and delivers the work done — a document, a deck, artwork, a system read, a heads-up to whoever needs it. It uses a computer of your own and the systems you already run. AI proposes; auditable code decides approval, spend and delivery.

Is EnterDone an ERP?

No. EnterDone does not replace your management system: it is the door through which the company asks for and receives work. What your company already uses stays — and gets read and operated by the agent, through a connector or the computer.

What is the EnterDone computer?

Everyone in the company gets a computer in your company’s own cloud, with a real browser. The agent uses it for whatever has no integration — the old management system, a portal, a website — and you can watch it live, with sound, and take over at any moment.

Does the AI see my passwords?

No. You sign in once and the password goes to your company vault, encrypted. When the agent needs to sign in again, code fills the field — and only on the site’s real address. The model never receives the password, and the computer’s browser does not store passwords.

Which systems does EnterDone connect to?

Those with a connector in the open plugin format — calendar, email, documents, tasks, CRM and more — come in through a catalog, with the maker’s icon and description. For each one, management decides whose account it is and what the agent may do. What has no connector, the agent uses through the computer.

Where does my company data live?

On a server of your own, in Brazil. Each company gets its own instance, its own AI keys and its own data — what EnterDone learns from your company is yours alone, and leaves with you if you want it to.

How do I know the AI will not mess up?

Every irreversible action — sending, publishing, paying, deleting — stops and waits for approval from whoever holds the authority, recorded with a signature. Every fact the agent states carries its origin: who said it, when and where. And one brake freezes every autonomous action in one click.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is per company, not per seat. Entry is by invitation today, because each company is set up with care — write to contato@enterdone.com.
