What EnterDone reads, what it keeps, and what you control
EnterDone is a work system: your company asks in plain conversation and the agent delivers. To do that it reads the company's work — and this page says exactly what, where the data lives, and what it never does. A promise the code does not back does not belong here.
What the agent reads
Your instance's work conversations — channels, groups and direct messages — and the files in the folders your company connects. It reads to remember how the company works and to do the work you ask for. From the file catalog it keeps name, type, size and date; the content is used when it serves a task.
What EnterDone never does
- Your data never trains a third-party model, and never leaves your instance.
- What one company learns never crosses to another.
- Sensitive data — salary, health, HR information — does not enter memory or what the agent uses to answer.
- Passwords never reach the model: they go to the company's encrypted vault, and the code — not the model — fills the field afterwards, only on the site's real address.
Where the data lives
Each company has its own server, in Brazil, with data isolated per organization, and uses its own AI keys. One company per instance — nothing is shared between clients. Every fact the agent keeps carries its provenance: who said it, when, and where.
Who is in control
- Seeing and deleting what the agent kept is up to company administration, with a record of who deleted what.
- Every irreversible action requires approval from whoever holds authority, recorded with a signature.
- A freeze stops all autonomous action by the agent at any moment.
- The end client approves the work by a link, with nothing to install.
Connectors (Google, email, calendar, CRM…)
For each connector, management decides whose account it is (the company's or each person's) and what the agent may do: read only, ask for approval, or act. When you connect a Google account, access is granted by you, on Google's own screen, and you can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. EnterDone uses that access only for the work you ask for, and its use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights and contact
